At St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, our Fotona SP Dynamis MAX® is the foundation of our laser practice. It allows us to offer a broad range of nonsurgical treatments for facial rejuvenation, skin quality, neck and body contouring, and select functional concerns.
The laser is only part of the treatment. Provider training, clinical judgment, and a plan built around your goals shape how it is used.
Located on St. George Island, we welcome clients from Apalachicola, Eastpoint, Carrabelle, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, and throughout Florida’s Forgotten Coast and United States. Visitors and seasonal residents are welcome.
WHY WE CHOSE THE FOTONA SP DYNAMIS MAX®?
Fotona has developed laser technology since 1964—more than 60 years of innovation. We chose the SP Dynamis MAX® for its range of applications across medical aesthetics and wellness care, allowing us to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s goals and clinical needs.
Technology alone does not determine an outcome. Caroline Renee Monroe, FNP-BC, FNP-C, has pursued advanced laser training in Miami, Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta, spanning facial rejuvenation, skin resurfacing, body treatments, and other Fotona applications. She brings that training and her clinical judgment to every assessment and treatment plan.

As of September 2026, three of Florida’s four Fotona SP Dynamis MAX® systems were in Miami. The fourth was here on St. George Island. Fotona confirmed those locations with us. We brought this technology to the Forgotten Coast so our clients could access advanced laser treatments close to home.
FOTONA 4D® FACIAL REJUVENATION
Firmer skin, softer lines, and natural-looking facial contour
Fotona4D® is a four-step laser treatment for people who want to address visible signs of facial aging without surgery or injectable filler. It is designed to improve skin firmness and texture, soften the appearance of wrinkles, and create a naturally fuller-looking facial contour.
The treatment combines two laser wavelengths across multiple treatment depths. Its SmoothLiftin™ step is performed inside the mouth, while the remaining steps treat the outside of the face. Together, they address more than the skin’s surface.

Your treatment plan
At St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, a typical Fotona4D® plan includes three sessions spaced approximately six weeks apart. Results develop gradually as the skin responds and collagen remodeling occurs. Sensation, recovery, and outcomes vary by patient and by the treatment settings Renee recommends.
Caroline Renee Monroe, FNP-BC, FNP-C, will assess your skin, facial structure, and goals before recommending a plan and discussing what Fotona4D® can realistically achieve for you.

TightSculpting® and EndoTight™ are advanced non-surgical laser tightening treatments designed to improve skin firmness, reduce laxity, and enhance body and facial contouring — without surgery or downtime.
