Welcome to St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness (“St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services offered by St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, including, but not limited to, aesthetic treatments, wellness therapies, consultations, product sales, and website usage (collectively, "Services"). By booking an appointment, receiving Services, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with our establishment or website, you (“client” or “you”) acknowledge, understand, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications.
1. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid disruption to our schedule and other clients.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may incur a late fee.

Package session fees are non-refundable. All sessions must be used within the specified timeframe; unused sessions may be forfeited.
2. Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Applicable sales tax and standard credit card processing fees will be added to all services and purchases at checkout

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will endeavor to inform clients of significant price changes in advance, where practicable.

We do not accept insurance; all services and products are self-pay.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality

We comply with all applicable federal and Florida privacy laws, including HIPAA.

Your personal and medical information will be kept strictly confidential and disclosed only with your explicit consent or as required by law.

4. Treatment Consent & Health Disclosure

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date health information, including medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy status prior to receiving any Services.

Our qualified professionals will discuss the nature of your treatment, expected outcomes, potential risks, and alternatives before any service.

Certain services require written informed consent forms in accordance with Florida law and best medical practices.

Detailed intake and consent forms will be provided after booking and must be completed prior to receiving treatment.

While we strive for the best outcomes, results may vary significantly among individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

By receiving any service, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks, including temporary or permanent side effects, and you voluntarily assume these risks.
5. Health & Safety Guidelines

Services may be rescheduled or refused if you present with any contagious illness or condition that may pose a risk to staff or other clients.

Notify us immediately if you experience discomfort or adverse effects during or after treatment.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, “St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness Parties”) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or adverse outcome arising from or related to Services provided, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.

You assume all risks associated with Services and agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your receipt of Services, breach of these Terms, or provision of inaccurate health information.
7. Refunds & Guarantees

At St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, we take great care to ensure every client receives high-quality, personalized care. Because each service, treatment, and product is customized, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all services rendered, prepaid packages, deposits, memberships, gift cards, skincare products, and supplements.

Refunds, chargebacks, or credits will not be issued for dissatisfaction with Services or results, as outcomes may vary based on individual factors, treatment response, and adherence to post-care instructions.

In the rare event of an adverse reaction or concern, please contact us promptly. Our medical team will review your situation and, when appropriate, may offer a corrective service or in-house credit at our sole discretion.

No guarantees or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes or results of any treatment.
8. Emergency Disclaimer

Our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
9. Client Conduct

Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and guests.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service without refund for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, including verbal harassment, physical aggression, or disruptive conduct.
10. Controlled Substances & Prescription Treatments

Services involving prescription or controlled substances will only be administered by licensed medical professionals in accordance with Florida law.

Clients agree to follow all prescribed treatment plans and comply with relevant laws.
11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in providing Services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, power outages, or pandemics.
12. Photography & Marketing Consent

As part of your treatment process, we may take photos or videos for documentation and educational purposes.

A detailed consent form regarding photography will be provided during intake, allowing you to specify preferences and opt out of any usage you do not agree with.

Your comfort and privacy are our priority, and no images will be used without your explicit consent.
13. Age & Consent Acknowledgment

By accessing or using any Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Certain services require clients to be at least 18 years old.

Minors may only receive eligible treatments with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
14. Aftercare Responsibility

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect treatment results.
15. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos, is the property of St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

16. Electronic Communications

17. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law.

Disputes will first attempt to be resolved via mediation in Franklin County, Florida.

If unresolved within 60 days, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Franklin County.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial.
18. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remain in full effect.
19. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting or client notification.
