Welcome to St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness. Before booking your appointment, please review our Terms of Service which govern your use of our services, payment, cancellations, privacy, and more. By clicking “Book Appointment,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined below (effective August 1, 2025). This acknowledgment constitutes a legally binding agreement.

Welcome to St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness (“St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services offered by St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, including but not limited to aesthetic treatments, wellness therapies, consultations, product sales, and website usage (collectively, "Services"}. By booking an appointment, receiving Services, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with our establishment or website, you ("client" or "you") acknowledge, understand, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications.
1. Appointment Scheduling + Cancellation
At St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To avoid disruption to our schedule and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be charged a late fee.
Package session fees are non-refundable. Sessions must be used within the time period specified; unused sessions may be forfeited.
2. Payment + Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will endeavor to inform you of significant price changes in advance where practicable.
Please note we do not accept insurance; all services and products are self-pay.
3. Privacy + Confidentiality
We comply with all applicable federal and Florida privacy laws, including HIPAA.
Your personal and medical information will be kept strictly confidential and only disclosed with your explicit consent or as required by law.
By using our website or Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy [insert hyperlink], which describes in detail how we collect, use, and protect client data.
4. Treatment Consent + Health Disclosure
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date health information, including medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy status prior to receiving any services. This information is critical for us to assess your suitability for treatments and for informed consent.
Our qualified professionals will discuss the nature of your treatment, expected outcomes, potential risks, and alternatives before any service. Certain services require written informed consent forms per Florida law and best medical practices.
Detailed intake and consent forms will be provided after booking and must be completed prior to receiving any treatment.
While we strive for the best outcomes, results may vary significantly among individuals and are not guaranteed.
By receiving any service, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks, including temporary or permanent side effects, and voluntarily assume these risks.
5. Health + Safety Guidelines
Services may be rescheduled or refused if you present with any contagious illness or condition that may pose a risk to staff or other clients.
Notify us immediately if you experience discomfort or adverse effects during or after treatment.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, “St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness Parties”) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or adverse outcome arising from or related to services provided, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, even if advised of their possibility.
You assume all risks associated with services and agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your receipt of services, breach of these Terms, or provision of inaccurate health information.
7. Refunds + Guarantees
All sales and services are final. Refunds are not provided except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
No guarantees or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes or results of treatments.
8. Emergency Disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In the case of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
9. Client Conduct
Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and guests.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service without refund for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior including verbal harassment, physical aggression, or disruptive conduct.
10. Controlled Substances + Prescription Treatments
Services involving prescription or controlled substances will only be administered by licensed medical professionals per Florida law.
Clients agree to follow all prescribed treatment plans and comply with relevant laws.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, power outages, or pandemics.
12. Photography and Marketing Consent
As part of your treatment process, we may take photos or videos for documentation and educational purposes. A detailed consent form regarding photography will be provided during your intake, allowing you to specify your preferences and opt out of any usage you do not agree with. Your comfort and privacy are our priority, and no images will be used without your explicit consent.
13. Age Requirements
Certain services require clients to be at least 18 years old. Minors require parental/guardian consent.
14. Aftercare Responsibility
You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect treatment results.
15. Website Use + Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos, is the property of St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that information on our website is complete, error-free, timely, or up to date.
Clients agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in prohibited activities, including spamming, fraud, or unauthorized access.
All website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Clients should consult licensed healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
16. Electronic Communications
By providing contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding appointments, promotions, or services via email, text, or phone. Opt-out is available, but important service communications may still be sent.
17. Dispute Resolution + Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law.
Disputes will first attempt to be resolved via mediation in Franklin County, Florida. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Franklin County.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial.
18. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remain in full effect.
19. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting or client notification. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
20. Agreement to Terms of Service
