Consultation & Clinical Assessment Fee: $75

At St. George Island MedSpa + Wellness, we provide medical-grade treatments that require high-level clinical oversight. Every new patient receives a 1:1 diagnostic evaluation with our Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.

  • The "Waived Fee" Policy: The $75 consultation fee is waived only if you proceed with an aesthetic treatment program (Botox, Laser, Fillers, etc.) at the time of your visit or book a future service during the appointment.

  • Medical Referrals & Assessments: If our provider determines you are not a safe candidate for aesthetic treatment due to an underlying medical concern (such as a suspicious lesion or health contraindication), the $75 fee remains applicable. In these cases, the fee covers the provider’s professional time, specialized clinical judgment, and medical referral guidance.

  • Why we charge: Renee is a highly trained Medical Professional with years of specialized schooling. A 20-minute assessment that identifies a health risk is a valuable medical service that ensures your long-term safety.

During your visit, a licensed provider will:
